At Swastik, every bottle is a promise of purity and intention. While we trust in the excellence of our products, we understand that rare circumstances may arise requiring support.
Our policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered, except in the following scenarios:
- The item arrives damaged or leaking
- You receive a wrong or incorrect product
If either applies, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please reach out via email (swastikooty@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 8667540469) , including clear photos or a video that captures the issue for prompt verification. Upon approval, we will issue either a replacement or full refund, depending on the case.
Timeframe & claim procedure
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt
- Include unedited visual proof (photo/video) of the sealed package and the issue
- Once approved, refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 working days
Condition & Inspection
- Returned products must be in original condition, with at least 75% of the contents intact
- Swastik reserves the right to conduct a quality assessment before approving refunds or replacements
Refund method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- If shipping charges were applicable at checkout and the return is approved, those charges are non-refundable, unless we made the error
Additional notes
- Refunds or replacements are not available for change-of-mind, opened/used products, or packaging worn through normal use
- Late claims or incomplete documentation may result in denied requests
- Swastik’s decision in case of any dispute will be final
