• Shipping Charges: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. Orders below ₹999 will incur a nominal shipping fee of ₹99, disclosed at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. In the rare case of delay, our support team is always available to assist.

To initiate a return or replacement, you must:

• Share a 360° unboxing video showing the sealed package and the issue clearly
• Return the product in its original condition with at least 75% of contents remaining

After quality inspection, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7-10 working days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
